Government hospital at botingoo sopore remains non functional even after its completion . Locals complain that if every part of the hospital is complete why it is still of no use.
locals of the area said that as the hospital has no active members it acts as an open place for youth where they abuse drugs and do other non legal activities.
We have no means for treatment in botingoo and we have to come to proper sopore town for treatment a local reported to kashmir Express people struggle continously as they dont get sufficient aid even after completion of the hospital and request the health department to look into the matter and try to make the complete hospital functional with appropriate rules and regulations.
After having a conversation with CMO baramulla , he reported to Fast Kashmir that the case is handed over to RNB dept and further investigation will follow .
